All entries must be submitted by the original photographer with the legal right to submit them, no exceptions.

Photographic Images may be submitted in digital format through this website. Vector images or other artwork will not be accepted. Minimum resolution for a valid entry must be at least 1024X765 saved in the Highest Quality Setting possible. Higher Resolution images are preferred.

Print images will be accepted at an 8” X 10” print size. The same rules apply to print images as digital images. Anyone who wishes to enter with a print image may contact us at and request instructions on print submissions.

Digitally enhanced images may be accepted at the sole discretion of the owners and operators of this website. Over digitally enhanced images may not be accepted.

Nude or sexual images must be of persons over the age of 18 years old, no exceptions! Proof may be required. Nude images must be artistic in nature, pornography will not be accepted. The owners and operators of this website will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in prosecuting those who submit images of underage persons or who submit illegal images of any kind.

Please keep images tasteful. Lewd or distasteful images will be rejected at the sole discretion of the owners and operators of this website.

Any person featured in submitted images must give consent to have their image used by the photographer. Model Releases will be required prior to awarding any prizes. Standard model release forms are widely available throughout the internet community.

Prizes will be awarded at the sole discretion of the operators and owners of this website. The owners and operators of this website have the right to refuse entries for any reason and at anytime.

Once an image is submitted and received by the owners or operators of this website, it becomes the property of the owners and operators of this website to be used for any purpose including but not limited to advertising and promoting of this contest or any other website.

This contest is an ongoing contest, prizes may be awarded as often as once a month based on the number of entries received or prize availability. There is no limit to the number of times a contestant may enter this contest so long as the entries are unique. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.

This contest is open to anyone who has the legal right to enter. The owners and operators of this website will not discriminate based on race, nationality, age, gender, etc. Minors under the age of 18 years of age must have their parents or guardians consent to enter this contest.
